The ME2170ASG with LED Drivers SOP8 RoHS is a surface mountable LED driver IC manufactured by Micro One. It has an 8-pin SOP package with RoHS compliant material and is designed for application in LED display, backlighting and other lighting applications. This IC is rated to operate at a maximum voltage of 18V and peak currents of up to 1A. It is optimized to drive single or multiple series of LEDs with adjustable current levels. It is a low-voltage and high-efficiency control chip with a wide input voltage range and adjustable PWM dimming option. The ME2170ASG is RoHS compliant and features a temperature protection circuit for safe operation.
