The M25P32-VMW6TGTR is a 32Mb (4M x 8) SPI Flash memory, rated for 3.3V operation, produced by Micron. It is packaged in an 8-pin SOIC-208mil, RoHS-compliant package, and features a maximum clock frequency of 104MHz. It supports the traditional Standard Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) access protocol as well as the newer Low Voltage Serial Peripheral Interface (LV-SPI). The memory is organized into 4 million x 8 bit bytes, and is built with Micron’s advanced 85nm process. It also features x4 I/O and x2 clock configurations, fast page, sector and block erase times and support for multiple block write capability. This memory offers fast program and erase performance that allows for high read/write throughput.
