The BAV99 switching diode SOT-23 RoHS is manufactured by Microdiode Electronics. It is a small, surface-mounted device that is used in low-power applications, such as consumer electronics devices and circuit protection. It features a high breakdown voltage at 900V and a fast reverse recovery speed of 50ns. It has a low reverse leakage current of around 10µA and a total capacitance of 3.5pF. It is a RoHS compliant device and is suitable for operation over a temperature range of -65 to 150°C. The device features three thermal protection pads which makes it suitable for automated soldering operations.
