The 15KP18A-TP with ESD Suppressors / TVS Diodes manufactured by Micro Commercial Components (MCC) is a 400W bi-directional, transient voltage suppressor designed for use in the protection of electronics from electrostatic discharge during power up or power down. The device features an 18-volt working voltage and a 15kilovolt peak power clamping voltage. The device provides 5OOmA peak power dissipation with low junction capacitance of 50pF for fast response time and ESD protection up to thirty-thousand volts. It is designed for use in a variety of applications including automotive, telecommunications, computer and industrial sectors.
