.The USB3300-EZK is a low-power USB 2.0 PHY ULPI (Universal Low-Power Internal) Interface IC manufactured by Microchip. It is a single-chip hi-speed USB transceiver that integrates physical layer functions for USB 2.0. It supports an Operating voltage of 1.8 to 5V, allowing it to be used in mobile products using single or multiple voltages. The part is designed to reduce solution space and components, when compared to the previously available discrete line-drivers and level translators. It features programmable TX data skew and advanced edge rate control (E2E) for improved signal quality, and 25 Ohm drivers on the USB data lines. The design also includes a low-power suspend mode in which power consumption is reduced to approximately 6 µA. It also has a programmable pull-up resistor and compliant with USB 2.0 high-speed, full-speed, and low-speed.
