The UCS2113-1-V/G4 is a part of the Microchip Supervisory Product family. It is a high-accuracy, low-power Voltage Monitoring and Reset Timer solution. It provides comprehensive power-good and power-fail status reporting and adjustable reset timing for single or multiple power-supply applications. The device offers a wide input voltage range (2.385 V to 5.5 V), high accuracy (0.5%), and low quiescent current (2.2 µA typical). It provides an independent, adjustable reset time delay and voltage-monitoring threshold in a 9-lead Halogen-free DFN package.
