The TC4423VOE is a dual MOSFET driver designed by Microchip as a part of their TC Series. It has two power MOSFET drivers in one package, designed to drive one N-channel and one P-channel MOSFET in half bridge configurations, or two N-channel MOSFETs in a single inverter configuration. It can provide up to 1.7A of peak current, allowing it to drive wide power MOSFETs. It comes with built-in under-voltage lockout and thermal shutdown protection, so it can avoid damage if driven with an incorrect power supply, or if it overheats. It is RoHS compliant, and comes in a SOIC-8 package.
