TC1301A/B Dual LDO with Microcontroller RESET Function Features Description Dual Output LDO with Microcontroller Reset The TC1301A/B combines two Low Dropout (LDO) Monitor Functionality: regulators and a microcontroller RESET function into a single 8-pin MSOP or DFN package. Both regulator -V = 1.5V to 3.3V 300 mA OUT1 outputs feature low dropout voltage, 104mV -V = 1.5V to 3.3V 150 mA OUT2 , 150 mV 150 mA for V , 300 mA for V OUT1 OUT2 = 2.20V to 3.20V -V RESET low quiescent current consumption, 58 A each and a Output Voltage and RESET Threshold Voltage typical regulation accuracy of 0.5%. Several fixed- Options Available (See Table 8-1) output voltage and detector voltage combinations are Low Dropout Voltage: available. A reference bypass pin is available to further -V = 104 mV 300 mA (typical) reduce output noise and improve the power supply OUT1 rejection ratio of both LDOs. = 150 mV 150 mA, (typical) -V OUT2 The TC1301A/B is stable over all line and load Low Supply Current: 116 A (typical), conditions with a minimum of 1 F of ceramic output TC1301A/B with both output voltages available capacitance, and utilizes a unique compensation Reference Bypass Input for Low-Noise Operation scheme to provide fast dynamic response to sudden Both Output Voltages Stable with a Minimum of line voltage and load current changes. 1 F Ceramic Output Capacitor For the TC1301A, the microcontroller RESET function Separate Input for RESET Detect Voltage operates independently of both V and V .
