Obsolete Device TC1272/TC1273/TC1274 3-Pin Reset Monitors for 5V Systems Features General Description Precision V Monitor for 5.0V Systems The TC1272/TC1273/TC1274 are cost-effective CC system supervisor circuits designed to monitor V in 100 ms Minimum RESET, RESET Output CC digital systems and provide a reset signal to the host Duration processor when necessary. No external components Output Valid to V = 1.2V CC are required.
