The RN4678-V/RM113 is a Bluetooth 5 dual-mode module with ASCII interface FW 1.13, manufactured by Microchip. It is designed to operate in the 2.4 GHz ISM band, with up to +8 dBm transmit power with a Bluetooth range of up to 400 meters. This module is ideal for embedded applications as it is RFCOMM/UART compliant and has a built-in temperature sensor. It also has built-in TCP/UDP support and can be integrated into IoT systems. It features an on-board antenna and a four-layer PCB shield to enhance RF performance, and an ASCII interface for communication to a host. The module has FCC/CE/IC/Bluetooth 5 qualified certification, making it suitable for use in commercial applications.
