MICRF2229 4000MHz to 4450MHz ASSK/OOK Reeceiver with Auto-Poll and RSSI Genneral Desccription Featuures The MICRF229 is a 400MHz to 4550MHz supeer- 1122dBm sensitivvity at 1kbps with 1% BERR heterrodyne, image-reject, RF rreceiver with automatic gaain Autoo-polling modde with bit cheecking contrrol, ASK/OOKK demodulatoor, and analoog RSSI output. Suppports bit ratess up to 20kbpps at 433.92MMHz It onnly requires a crystal annd a minimuum number of 25dBB image-rejecct mixer exterrnal componeents to implemment. The MICCRF229 is ideeal for low-cost, loow-power, RRKE, TPMS, and remoote No IIF filter requirred actuaation applications. 60dBB analog RSSSI output rangge 3.5VV to 5.5V supply voltage raange The MICRF229 achieves 1122dBm sensitivvity at a bit raate of 1kkbps with 1% BER. Eight demodulator fiilter bandwidtths 6.0mmA supply current at 434MMHz are sselectable in binary stepss from 1625HHz to 34kHz at 15 AA supply currrent in sleep mmode 433.992MHz, allowwing the devicce to supportt bit rates up to 0.5 A supply currrent in shutdoown mode 20kbbps. The devicce operates frrom a supply voltage of 3.55V 16-ppin 4.9mm 66.0mm QSOPP package to 5.55V, and typicaally consumees 6.0mA at 433.92MHz. Squelch Control Logic-Level Input: An internal pull-up (3A typical) pulls the logic-input HIGH 6 SQ Input when the device is enabled. This feature is not recommended in MICRF229 and this pin should remain floating.
