MIC5322 Dual, High Performance 150mA Cap ULDO General Description Features The MIC5322 is a tiny Dual Ultra Low-Dropout 2.3V to 5.5V input voltage range (ULDO) linear regulator ideally suited for those Ultra-low dropout voltage ULDO 35mV @ applications that require high Power Supply Rejection 150mA Ratio (PSRR). It provides a bypass pin to increase Tiny 6-pin 1.6mm x 1.6mm Thin MLF leadless PSRR for noise sensitive portable electronics. The package MIC5322 integrates two high-performance; 150mA Bypass pin for improved noise performance ULDOs into a very compact 1.6mm x 1.6mm leadless Thin MLF package with exceptional thermal package High PSRR >75dB on each LDO characteristics. Ultra low noise output - > 30Vrms The MIC5322 is a Cap design which enables Dual 150mA outputs operation with very small ceramic output capacitors Cap stable with 1F ceramic capacitor for stability, thereby reducing required board space Low quiescent current 150A and component cost. The combination of extremely Fast turn-on time 45s low-drop-out voltage, very high power supply rejection, very low output noise and exceptional Thermal shutdown protection thermal package characteristics makes it ideal for Current Limit protection powering RF applications, cellular phones, GPS, imaging sensors for digital still cameras, PDAs, MP3 Applications players and other portable applications. Mobile phones The MIC5322 ULDO is available in fixed-output GPS receivers voltages in a tiny 6-pin 1.6mm x 1.6mm leadless Thin 2 MLF package which is only 2.56mm in area, - 30% Portable media players less area than the SOT-23, TSOP and MLF 3x3 Digital still and video cameras packages.
