MIC5252 150mA High PSRR, Low Noise Cap CMOS LDO General Description Features The MIC5252 is an efcient, precise CMOS voltage regulator Input voltage range: 2.7V to 6.0V optimized for ultra-low-noise applications. It offers 1% initial PSRR = 50dB V + 0.3V O accuracy, extremely-low dropout voltage (135mV at 150mA) Ultra-low output noise: 30V(rms) and low ground current (typically 90A). The MIC5252 Stability with ceramic output capacitors provides a very-low-noise output, ideal for RF applications Ultra-low dropout: 135mV 150mA where a clean voltage source is required. The MIC5252 has High output accuracy: a high PSRR even at low supply voltages, critical for battery 1.0% initial accuracy operated electronics. A noise bypass pin is also available for 2.0% over temperature further reduction of output noise. Low quiescent current: 90A Tight load and line regulation Designed specically for handheld and battery-powered TTL-Logic-controlled enable input devices, the MIC5252 provides a TTL-logic-compatible en- Zero off-mode current able pin.
