MIC5191 Ultra High-Speed, High-Current Active Filter / LDO Controller General Description Features The MIC5191 is an ultra high-speed linear regulator. It Input voltage range: V = 1.0V to 5.5V IN uses an external N-Channel FET as its power device. +1.0% initial output tolerance The MIC5191 s ultra high-speed abilities can handle the Dropout down to 25mV 10A fast load demands of microprocessor cores, ASICs, and Filters out switching frequency noise on input other high-speed devices.
