Additional Infomation About Product

The MIC4127YME is a dual high-speed MOSFET gate driver with low thermal impedance from Microchip Technology. It is capable of driving up to 1.5 A peak load current from each of its two outputs. It features an integrated thermal shut-down feature to protect itself from over-temperature operation and is capable of driving up to 20 V-gate MOSFETs (400V VDS). This part is available in a 8-pin SOIC package and lead-free (RoHS and WEEE compliant). The MIC4127YME has a very fast rise/fall time of 4 nsec and can switch frequencies up to 500 kHz. Furthermore, it has a wide supply voltage range of 10.5 to 20 V allows for operation in a wide range of applications. The MIC4127YME also features a low thermal impedance design to reduce the need for external heatsinking and heat spreading when used for high current applications.
