Additional Infomation About Product

The MIC2951-03YM is a 3A low dropout linear regulator, designed to deliver a regulated output voltage of 3.3V. The device features low quiescent current (20µA typ) and a low dropout voltage of 250mV at 3A load. It also has an adjustable over-current protection (OCP) and over-temperature protection (OTP) to ensure safe operation. The MIC2951-03YM is housed in a space-saving 3mm x 3mm SOT-23-5 package. This part is ideal for applications that require clean output and tight voltage regulation.
