MIC2130/1 High Voltage Synchronous Buck Control IC with Low EMI Option General Description Features The MIC2130/1 is a high voltage input PWM synchronous 8V to 40V input voltage range buck controller IC. It is a voltage mode controller with a Adjustable output voltages down to 0.7V fast hysteretic control loop (FHyCL) employed during fast LOW EMI option MIC2131 line and load transients. The internal gate drivers are Fixed 150kHz and 400kHz frequency options designed to drive high current MOSFETs.
