MIC1810 Micrel MIC1810 Microprocessor Reset Circuit General Description Features The MIC1810 is an inexpensive microprocessor supervisory Precision voltage monitor for 5%, 10%, or 15% drop in circuit that monitors power supplies in microprocessor based 5V power supplies systems. /RESET remains valid with V as low as 1V CC 5A supply current (typical) The function of these devices is to assert a reset if the power 100ms minimum reset pulse width supply drops below a designated reset threshold level. Several No external components required different reset threshold levels are available to accommodate Available in 3-pin SOT-23 package 5%, 10%, or 15% drop in 5V powered systems. The MIC1810 has an active low /RESET output. The reset Applications output is guaranteed to remain asserted for a minimum of Portable equipment 100ms after V has risen above the designated reset thresh- CC Intelligent instruments old level.
