Additional Infomation About Product

The MCP1825-1202E/ET is a high-efficiency, low-dropout linear regulator from Microchip. This device offers up to 2A of continuous output current with a guaranteed dropout voltage of only 300 mV (at up to 2A output load). It features an adjustable output voltage range of 1.2V to 3.6V and includes a low power enable pin for power saving applications. Other features of the MCP1825-1202E/ET include an ultra-low standby current of 0.7 uA and protection against thermal overload, overvoltage, and short circuit conditions. The device is packaged in a SOT-23-5 Flip-chip package and is rated for operation over an ambient temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
