MCP1501 High-Precision Buffered Voltage Reference Features Introduction Maximum Temperature Coefficient: 50 ppm/C The MCP1501 is a buffered voltage reference capable from -40C to +125C of sinking and sourcing 20 mA of current. The voltage reference is a low-drift bandgap-based reference. The Initial Accuracy: 0.1% bandgap uses chopper-based amplifiers, effectively Operating Temperature Range: -40 to +125C reducing the drift to zero.
