TechnologyThe MCP101T-475I/TT is a supervisor integrated circuit (IC) with power on reset (PoR) monitor from Microchip Technology. It is a 5-pin low-power, low-voltage voltage monitor with internal PoR circuitry. It features an active-low reset signal and a reset duration of 270 ms when the power supply is over voltage. The reset discharge time is also short, allowing for fast recovery from a power-on reset. When powered from a single 2.375 V supply voltage, the reset signal will be active, and the reset trigger voltage of 4.75 V will be exceeded. It offers a wide selection of reset thresholds over a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. The device is RoHS compliant and suitable for applications such as server boards, notebook PCs, and embedded systems.
