Additional Infomation About Product

The HV9805MG-G is a highly integrated, high efficiency, single stage, non-isolated, synchronous buck voltage regulator module from Microchip. It operates over an input voltage range of 4.5V to 46V, and is capable of delivering up to 5A of output current at a fixed output voltage of 5V. The HV9805MG-G has a fixed-frequency PWM control scheme and utilizes a synchronous rectification design to achieve high efficiency. The device also features short-circuit protection, over-temperature protection, and a programmable soft-start feature.
