Additional Infomation About Product

. HV9112NG-G is a high-voltage, non-inverting, totem-pole driver designed for controlling brushless DC motors and other inductive loads. It features a wide operating range of 5V to 25V and is available in a 3-pin SOT-23 surface-mount package. It integrates an over-current sensing circuit and offers a wide range of easily programmable current limits. The device is capable of sinking up to 200mA of peak current and comes with an over-temperature protection feature. In addition, it supports a number of logic-level inputs and provides a power-on reset feature.
