HV264 Quad High-Voltage Amplifier Array Features General Description Four Independent High-Voltage Amplifiers The HV264 is a quad high-voltage amplifier array integrated circuit. It operates on a 225V high-voltage 215V Output Swing supply and a 5V low-voltage supply. Each channel has 9V/s Typical Output Slew Rate its own input and output. 66.7V/V Fixed Gain When both V and FB pins are connected together OUT High-Value Internal Feedback Resistors and RGND is set at 0V, a non-inverting amplifier is Very Low Operating Current formed with a closed-loop gain of 66.7V/V. High-value internal feedback resistors are used to minimize power Applications dissipation. The input voltage V is designed for a IN range of 0.05V to 3.22V. The output can swing from 1V Tunable Laser to V 10V. A 3.22V input will cause the output to PP Microelectromechanical Systems (MEMS) Driver swing to 215V. Test Equipment The HV264 is designed for maximum performance with Piezoelectric Transducer Driver minimal high-voltage current. The high-voltage current Braille Driver for each channel is less than 75 A. The typical output slew rate performance is 9V/s.
