DSC2040 Low-Jitter Configurable HCSL Oscillator General Description Features The DSC2040 series of high performance Low RMS Phase Jitter: <1 ps (typ) dual output oscillators utilize a proven silicon High Stability: 10, 25, 50 ppm MEMS technology to provide excellent jitter and stability while incorporating additional Wide Temperature Range device functionality. The two outputs are o Industrial: -40 to 85 C controlled by separate supply voltages to o Ext. commercial: -20 to 70 C allow for high output isolation. The High Supply Noise Rejection: -50 dBc frequencies of the outputs can be identical or independently derived from a common PLL Two Independent HCSL Outputs frequency source. The DSC2040 has 4 Pin-Selectable Output Frequencies provision for up to eight user-defined pre- programmed, pin-selectable output Short Lead Times: 2 Weeks frequency combinations. Wide Freq. Two control pins (FS0 a MEMS resonator and a support PLL IC. The FS1) select the output frequency.
