The AT34C04-X5M-B is a Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) Serial EEPROM from Microchip Technology. It has a 4 Kbit (512Byte) memory size, organized as 256 pages of 16Bytes each. The AT34C04-X5M-B is an 8-pin SOIC surface mount package and runs at a supply voltage of 2.7V to 5.5V. With its fast write speed, basic data protection and simple instruction set, it is well-suited for a variety of applications such as secure authentication devices, secure sockets, peripherals, gaming and medical devices.
