The AT24CM01-XHM-B is an electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM) manufactured by Microchip. It is a 1-wire device with a sectioned memory of 128K x 8 Bits, organized as 1M-bit. The device supports up to 150MHz clock rates and is accessible as a 1-wire device. The AT24CM01 offers a high-speed write performance at up to 800KHz. It is also a 2-Wire Serial Bus System compatible and offers an array of input/output pins. The device is also backward compatible with legacy serial EEPROM devices. An on-chip Cryptographic Accelerator enables secure authentication. The high-speed serial interface is optimized for fast communication with other microcontrollers or secure authentication systems.
