Additional Infomation About Product

The AT24C08B-TH-T is an 8K-bit serial Elecrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory (EEPROM) manufactured by Microchip. It features integrated 32-byte write protect registers, write protect pin, and 1 MHz (2-wire) serial interface. It is designed to provide non-volatile storage of data and thereby the preservation of information even after a power failure. It operates at a single 2.5 - 5.5 V supply and is designed to hold up to 1,000,000 Write/Erase cycles and up to 10 years data retention. The IC utilizes 1,000,000 half-hour buring cycle or one-time programmable steps and 1,000,000 half-hour erasing cycle. Its operating temperature range is -40 °C - 85 °C.
