The AT24C01D-PUM is a 1024-bit Electrically Erasable Programmable ROM (EEPROM) from Microchip Technology. It provides a serial interface for communication and is organized as 128 x 8 bits. The memory is accessed via a simple two-wire, bidirectional bus, which requires only one port pin from the host device. The EEPROM is available in a PDIP-8 package.
