The 48L640-I/SN with SRAM Serial SRAM with Nonvolatile bits, 64K bit SPI manufactured by Microchip is an 8-pin Serial Peripheral Interface Serial SRAM device with nonvolatile bits. It offers access times of 100 nanoseconds and a cycle time of 50 nanoseconds. The device operates on a single 2.5V to 3.6V power supply, is available in a TSSOP package and has SPI and QSPI compatible 4-wire interface.
