The 24AA02H-I/ST is a 2-Kbit serial Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory (EEPROM) device from Microchip Technology. This device is organized as 128 x 16-bit words and is capable of operation across a broad voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V (5V tolerant). Designed with different chip select pins, the 24AA02H-I/ST can be interfaced with very low pins count.
