The 1N6638USJANS part from Microchip is a dual common-cathode ultrafast diode. The diode offers a low forward voltage of 1.15 volts and a maximum reverse current of 200 uA. It can handle up to 1.5 amps surge current for one package and up to 3 amps for two packages. The 1N6638USJANS is rated for a maximum reverse voltage of 600 volts and a maximum junction temperature of 150 degrees Celsius. Its compact TO-220 package is ideal for use in a variety of high power applications.
