vibration monitoring system The MTX 3292 is a vibration monitoring system engineered by Metrix, a leading provider of vibration monitoring, protection, and control systems for the power generation and other industries. The MTX 3292 provides continuous, real-time measurements, analysis, and protection of rotating equipment in order to detect and diagnose malfunctions and potential problems, prevent equipment failure, and ensure plant safety. It utilizes 4-channel simultaneous measurement with a frequency response of 0.5 Hz to 1.2 kHz to monitor motor or pump bearings and machine assemblies, and provides 24-bit resolution with a dynamic range of up to 120 dB. It includes a 3.8” color touchscreen display and flexible programming capabilities, allowing users to select from pre-defined alarm thresholds and adjust alarm levels as needed for specific applications.
