Additional Infomation About Product

The BK-6112 is a dual-level memory protection device made by Memory Protection Devices, Inc. It is designed for use in embedded applications such as industrial controllers and embedded systems. The BK-6112 contains two banks of RAM with integrated ECC for protection against soft errors, two control registers for controlling memory access and two register banks for storing configuration settings. It also includes a number of self-test features such as parity check and program memory integrity check. Other features include write-protection and data retention when power is lost.
