Additional Infomation About Product

The BH26AASF-AS is a self-monitoring RAM module from Memory Protection Devices. The module is specifically designed to protect SRAM memory from Single Event Upsets (SEUs) and cosmic radiation. It features a voltage monitor to ensure the voltage threshold is within the specified parameters and a watchdog timer circuit to reset the device in the event of an SEU. The module also comes with ECC (Error Correcting Code) capabilities, allowing it to correct single bit or multiple bit errors that occur in the memory bus. The BH26AASF-AS is a surface-mount device, making it ideal for a variety of embedded applications.
