The TH72005KLD-TU is an automotive-grade transistor array (FETs) manufactured by Melexis. It is designed to control power in DC/DC converters, you can it use to supply a load with a regulated constant current between 1A and 3.5A over an operating temperature range of -40° to 150°C. It has built-in self-protection properties such as peak current, inrush current, and over-temperature protection, it also features a low on-resistance and high efficiency. The part is suitable for use in engine control, vehicle body control, instrumentation and lamp loads.
