Additional Infomation About Product

TH71101ENE is an advanced temperature and humidity sensor from Melexis. It is a digital output device with an accuracy of ±2% for relative humidity and ±0.3°C for temperature. It utilizes a capacitive sensing element for relative humidity and an integrated NTC temperature sensor for temperature measurements. It has a wide operating range of -40°C to +125°C for temperature and 0-100%RH for humidity. It also has a fast response time of 1s, a very high long-term stability and minimal power consumption. The package size is 4x4x1.6mm and is designed for SMD mounting.
