The MDFN10A056U with DFN3310-10 ESD Protection Devices ROHS is an electrostatic discharge protection device produced by Me-TECH. It is a dual-channel, ultra-low capacitance TVS diode array that is designed to protect against high-speed transients from static discharges and other sources. It is hermetically sealed in a DFN3310-10 package and is RoHS compliant. Its typical response time is less than 1 nanosecond and its maximum peak pulse power is 1.5 kW. The device has an operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. The leakage current is typically less than 2 µA at 25°C. This device offers robust protection against high-speed transient events and is suitable for a range of applications such as automotive, consumer electronics, power supplies, computers, industrial control systems, and telecommunication systems.
