The MXD8651 with RF Switches QFN-14 RoHS is an ultra-low noise switch, designed by Maxscend, to provide low insertion loss and high linearity in a small 14-pin QFN package. It is capable of switching up to 6GHz with a low insertion loss of 0.66dB and high linearity of 100dBm IP3 with a low control voltage of 1.7V. The switch is designed for applications such as cellular and WLAN, Bluetooth, receivers, satellite systems, and other systems requiring high linearity. It has low power consumption with current consumption of only 1.7mA. The switch is RoHS compliant and is available in a variety of operating temperatures.
