SP706R / SP706S / SP706T, SP708S / SP708T Data Sheet 3.0V / 3.3V Low Power Microprocessor Supervisory Circuits General Description Features The SP706R / SP706S / SP706T and SP708S / SP708T Precision low voltage monitor series is a family of microprocessor (P) supervisory circuits SP706R: +2.63V that integrate a myriad of components involved in discrete SP706S / SP708S: +2.93V solutions which monitor power-supplies and batteries in P and digital systems. SP706T / SP708T: +3.08V The SP706R / SP706S / SP706T and SP708S / SP708T 200ms RESET pulse width series will significantly improve system reliability and SP706R / SP706S / SP706T: active low operational efficiency when compared to solutions using SP708S / SP708T: active high and active low discrete components. The features of the SP706R / SP706S / SP706T and SP708S / SP708T series include a watchdog Independent watchdog timer timer, a P reset, a power fail comparator, and a manual- 1.6s timeout (SP706R / SP706S / SP706T) reset input. Enable / disable function The SP706R / SP706S / SP706T and SP708S / SP708T 40A maximum supply current series is ideal for 3.0V or 3.3V applications in automotive systems, computers, controllers and intelligent instruments. Debounced TTL / CMOS manual reset input The SP706R / SP706S / SP706T and SP708S / SP708T RESET asserted down to V = 1V CC series is an ideal solution for systems in which critical monitoring of the power supply to the P and related digital V glitch immunity CC components is demanded.
