The LR8321A-M30 with SOT89-3L Linear Voltage Regulators (LDO) ROHS manufactured by LR is an ultra low-dropout (ULDO) of two independent low-noise voltage regulator with lpS power consumption. With a wide input voltage range from 2.6V to 6V and an output voltage range from 2.3V to 5V, the LR8321A-M30 is an ideal choice for powering sensitive electronics from battery sources. The user-selectable slew rate can be set to either a fast (14mV / us) or slow (2.1mV / us) setting, providing flexibility between noise and power consumption optimisation. The RoHS compliant package size is only 3mm x 3mm, and a low quiescent current (2.6mA) makes it perfect for battery applications. Finally, the integrated thermal shutdown prevents the LR8321A-M30 from overheating in case of excessive workload, ensuring the device is always operating safely.
