Additional Infomation About Product

The Littelfuse AQ36-02HTG is an ESD/TVS diode two-channel 30KV 36V device designed as an electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection component. It is composed of two non-directional ESD suppression diodes in a ferrule-style SOD3 package, allowing for easy soldering. The device provides electrostatic discharge protection to both unidirectional and bi-directional signal lines. It has continuous ESD protection for two channels and peak pulse power ratings of 30KV (Vf=35V) from -12V to +60V, ensuring that high voltage surges are effectively diverted away from sensitive components and systems. The AQ36-02HTG ensures ESD immunity, thereby reducing the chances of costly repairs or replacements due to lightning or ESD-related damage in the field.
