1. 5KP43A-B is a 43A, 700V unidirectional breakdown voltage TVS (transient voltage suppression) diode from Littelfuse. 2. It is equipped with an ultra-low capacitance of only 0.6pF, making it suitable for high speed signal line and transceiver protection applications. 3. The 5KP43A-B is RoHS compliant and is compatible with both lead (Pb) and lead-free (Pb-free) soldering processes. 4. It is an excellent choice for general purpose transient voltage protection over a wide operating temperature range of -55 to +175 degrees C (application specific). 5. Its excellent clamping characteristics and fast handling times make it effective in high speed signal line applications including cable pairs, USB and HDMI connections.
