Additional Infomation About Product

The MDC-660-14 is a Kubara Lamina Armor Piercing, Fin Stabilized Discarding Sabot (APFSDS) projectile. It is a kinetic energy type round designed for use in the 122mm D-30 gun and is produced in the former Soviet Republic of Ukraine. The round is composed of a four-piece sabot, with the projectile inside a half-sabot which separates from the outer sabot upon leaving the gun. The projectile itself is a conical tungsten core, encased in two thin steel jackets and a tail stabilizer. The round will penetrate approximately 188mm of Rolled Homogenous Armor (RHA) at 2,000 meters.
