The KP-2012F3C is a surface mount LED made by Kingbright. It has a 3mm square lens, and is available in a variety of colors including red, green, yellow and orange. The lens material is water clear and the viewing angle is 50°. It has a forward voltage of 2.2V, and a maximum continuous forward current of 30mA. The peak forward current is 60mA, and the reverse voltage is 5V. The maximum power dissipation is 80mW, and the operating temperature is -40° to +85°C.
