Additional Infomation About Product

The KIA1117-1.8 is a linear voltage regulator in the SOT-223 package manufactured by KIA. It is RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) compliant, and can regulate an input voltage of up to 40V down to a stable output voltage of 1.8V. It has a 0.3V drop-out voltage, and can operate in a wide temperature range of 0°C to 125°C. It features over-current protection and a short-circuit protected output, and has a low quiescent current of 50uA. The package is lead-free and has a compact size which allows for easy mounting.
