The US1M with Diodes - Rectifiers - Hyperfast SMA RoHS is a high-performance diode series made by KEXIN. It consists of an innovative ultra-fast and soft-recovery rectifier in a blister pack. This product features a reliable glass-passivated junction and low reverse current leakage. This diode series is well-suited to various commercial, domestic, industrial and automotive applications. It is compliant to RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) and other legislation. It has a standard recovery time of 100 nanoseconds and a low forward voltage of just 1.2 V. It is also designed for high temperature stability of up to 175°C. This diode has a wide range of ratings with currents from 0.5A up to 8.0A and (PIV) peak inverse voltage of up to 1200V.
