The KIA378R33PI-U/P is a low dropout regulator (LDO) manufactured by KEC. It is a TO-220IS-4 RoHS package and features a maximum operating current of 3.3 A. The output voltage is adjustable from 0.6 V to 5.5 V with only a 2.1 V minimum input voltage. It also has an ultralow quiescent current of only 10 µA and a wide input voltage range from 2.7 V to 18 V. The maximum load current is 3.3 A, and the maximum peak output current is 3.0 A. Additionally, it has short-circuit protection, thermal shutdown, internal current limit protection, and overvoltage protection. The KIA378R33PI-U/P is ideal for providing a regulated output voltage in a wide variety of applications, from consumer electronics to precision medical devices.
