The B5817WS is a SOD-323 RoHS Schottky Barrier Diode (SBD) manufactured by Jinyu. It is a low-current, surface-mounted diode ideal for applications requiring low leakage current and fast switching speed. It utilizes a Schottky barrier with metal-to-semiconductor junction to reduce the forward voltage drop and minimize power dissipation. The device features a low forward voltage drop of just 0.4V in typical applications and an average rectifying current of 1A. It also has a low reverse current leakage of just 0.1µA at 25°C and a maximum junction temperature of 150°C. The diode is RoHS compliant and is available in either a bulk package or in tape and reel.
