Additional Infomation About Product

The IS181GB is an optocoupler manufactured by Isocom for use in a variety of signal isolation applications. It features a SOP-4_P2.54 package with 4 pins and RoHS environmental specifications. It is a single-channel photocoupler which uses an infrared LED to transfer digital signals and isolate grounds. It has a 4,800 Vrms of isolation voltage and can operate between -40°C to +110°C. It has an insulation resistance of 10 GO min. and a CTR of 1000 min. The IS181GB also features a high gain, excellent linearity, and low input current capabilities.
